Peter Creighton-Selvay

Peter Creighton-Selvay practises in intellectual property, trade practices and general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Bar, Peter was a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne and a managing associate at Linklaters in London. Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne (first class honours) and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge (also first class honours), where he specialised in international commercial litigation, international intellectual property and restitution. Peter is a member of the Victorian Committee of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and is a reporter for the Intellectual Property Reports. He is also a volunteer lawyer with the Arts Law Centre of Australia.
