Richard J Manly, QC

Richard Manly QC practices in the area of building, construction and engineering disputes.

He is the Deputy Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Commercial Bar Association of the Victorian Bar.

He is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (Victorian Chapter) and has delivered and had published papers to members of the Institute.

He is a member of the Building Dispute Practitioners' Society and was a Legal Member of the Building Appeals Board.

Mr Manly is also the Victorian Bar's representative on the Users Committees of both the Supreme Court and County Court Building Cases Lists.

On 27 November 2001 the Governor-in-Council of the State of Victoria appointed Mr Manly as a Senior Counsel (QC) for the State of Victoria.
