Areas of practice
Ben has a broad commercial and equity practice, with special interests in construction, insurance and resources litigation. Ben provides down to earth, practical and effective advice and advocacy in collaboration with instructing solicitors and in-house counsel in mediations, arbitrations and in interlocutory, trial and appeal hearings in all levels of civil courts and tribunals.
Ben is a member of SoCLA, BDPS, AMPLA and AILA. Ben regularly mentors law students, and in his free time enjoys following football and cricket, playing music and surfing.
