Commercial Law Equity and Trusts Wills & Estates

Jonathan has a general commercial and equity practice. He was admitted to practice in 2015 and signed the Roll in 2018.

He accepts briefs to appear and advise in commercial, equity, trusts and probate matters. His practice encompasses equitable claims, including proprietary estoppels and constructive trusts. He also has experience in large estate matters involving cross-jurisdictional issues.

Prior to practice at the Bar, Jonathan was a solicitor with Hall & Wilcox, working in the Corporate & Commercial division. He then worked as an associate to the Honourable Justice McMillan at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
